AN ACT CONCERNING AUTOMATED TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT SAFETY DEVICES. To (1) require the Commissioner of Transportation to develop a plan for the possible expansion of speed safety cameras on state highways, and (2) permit a municipality to use any funds generated from the use of an automated traffic enforcement safety device to reimburse a vendor for the expenses associated with the design, installation, operation or maintenance of such device.
