AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF MULTIPLE EMPLOYER WELFARE ARRANGEMENTS FOR TRADE ASSOCIATIONS AND A REPORT CONCERNING HEALTH CARE PLANS, RETIREMENT PLANS AND OTHER BENEFITS PROVIDED BY NONSTATE PUBLIC EMPLOYERS. To require the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to submit a report summarizing and analyzing reports received from nonstate public employers concerning health care plans, retirement plans and other benefits.
