AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE, REGIONAL AND MUNICIPAL PLANS OF CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT. To require (1) adoption of (A) the state plan of conservation and development every ten years after July 1, 2030, (B) regional plans of conservation and development not later than one year after the adoption of the state plan of conservation and development beginning July 1, 2030, and (C) municipal plans of conservation and development not later than one year after the adoption of the regional plan of conservation and development for the region in which such municipality is located beginning July 1, 2030, and (2) approval of municipal plans of conservation and development by municipal legislative bodies and boards of selectmen.
