AN ACT CONCERNING CERTIFICATES OF CORRECTION FOR TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY ASSESSED IN ERROR. To require municipal assessors to issue certificates of correction for tangible personal property assessed in error at any time following such assessment.
