AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES. To require the Office of Policy and Management to administer a program to provide grants-in-aid to municipalities for costs related to the construction, improvement and expansion of public infrastructure associated with the construction of certain dwellings and housing that are subject to affordable housing deed restrictions.
