AN ACT CONCERNING CHILDREN'S BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES. To (1) require the Transforming Children's Behavioral Health Policy and Planning Committee to conduct a study concerning behavioral health services for children and develop a survey and reporting requirements for school-based health centers, and (2) appropriate the sum of eight million six hundred thousand dollars in the fiscal years ending June 30, 2026, and June 30, 2027, to the Department of Children and Families for mobile crisis intervention services.
