AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY CONCERNING ENERGY EFFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DATA CENTERS. To require (1) an owner or operator of an artificial intelligence data center to submit quarterly reports to the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, and (2) the commissioner to adopt regulations concerning water and energy efficiency standards for such data centers.
