AN ACT CONCERNING A FALLEN OFFICER AND FIREFIGHTER FUND AND PROVIDING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE TO SURVIVORS OF A FIREFIGHTER KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY. To (1) establish that the surviving family of a firefighter killed in the line of duty shall be paid a death benefit from the Fallen Officer Fund, (2) rename such fund the "Fallen Officer and Firefighter Fund", and (3) provide health insurance coverage to the survivors of a firefighter killed in the line of duty.
