AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY SERVICES AND PUBLIC PROTECTION'S RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING CERTAIN EVIDENCE AND RECORDS, FIREARM INFORMATION, SECURITY GUARDS, FIREARM TRANSFERS AND SCHOOL SECURITY GRANTS. To implement various recommendations of the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection concerning sexual assault evidence, records of cases of juvenile matters involving delinquency proceedings, information identifying seized or recovered firearms, security guards, firearm transfers and school security grants.
