AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, ELECTRIC BICYCLES AND MOTOR-DRIVEN CYCLES. To (1) redefine "electric foot scooter" and "motor-driven cycle", (2) specify electric vehicles that do meet the definition of electric bicycles, and (3) make selling or advertising such electric vehicles as electric bicycles an unfair or deceptive trade practice.
