AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CONNECTICUT AIRPORT AUTHORITY REGARDING THE PROJECTION OF A LASER AT AN AIRCRAFT OR THE FLIGHT PATH OF AN AIRCRAFT. To prohibit (1) equipping an unmanned aircraft with a deadly weapon, (2) operating an unmanned aircraft in close proximity to a critical infrastructure facility, and (3) projecting a laser on or at an aircraft or the flight path of an aircraft.
