AN ACT REQUIRING TRANSPARENCY FROM HEALTH CARE ENTITIES THAT RECEIVE PRESCRIPTION DRUG DISCOUNTS. To withhold Medicaid funding from covered entities under Section 340B of the Public Health Service Act unless they report on how they are using drug discount savings to benefit patients.
