AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS AND ORDINANCES. To increase the maximum penalty for the violation of certain municipal regulations and ordinances to one thousand dollars and adjust such amount for inflation annually.
