AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPIRATION OF CERTAIN LAND USE PERMITS. To require that unless the holder of a land use permit seeks and is granted an extension of time, such permit shall expire five years from the date of issuance, and any associated site plan shall be deemed null and void.
