AN ACT PROHIBITING REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OR PROCESSING OF STATE LICENSE FEES THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY ENTITY THAT CHARGES LICENSEES ADDITIONAL FEES. To prohibit state agencies from requiring the payment or processing of any license fee through a third-party entity that requires a processing fee or transaction fee that would result in additional fees to be paid by the licensee.
