AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF ALTERNATIVES TO ANIMAL TESTING METHODS AND REQUIRING THE USE OF BIODIESEL BLENDING METHODS FOR CERTAIN DIESEL FUELS. To require manufacturers and contract testing facilities to use other testing methods than animal testing when such other methods are available.
