AN ACT REQUIRING SOLAR DEVELOPERS TO PROVIDE FARMLAND RESTORATION BONDS FOR BOTH PETITION AND APPLICATION PROJECTS APPROVED BY THE SITING COUNCIL. To require solar developers to post a farmland restoration bond regardless of whether such project is pursuant to an application or petition before the Siting Council.
