AN ACT INCLUDING PROPERTIES THAT ARE ABLE TO BE PURCHASED BY PERSONS MEETING CERTAIN INCOME REQUIREMENTS IN THE CALCULATION OF THE THRESHOLD FOR THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS PROCEDURE EXEMPTION. To include properties that are not deed restricted but able to be purchased by persons meeting certain income requirements in the calculation of the threshold for the affordable housing appeals procedure exemption.
