AN ACT SUBJECTING STATE AGENCIES TO THE SAME DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY LAWS AS THE PRIVATE SECTOR. To require the state government to abide by the same data protection and privacy laws and standards that are required of private sector businesses.
