AN ACT CREATING A STATE PROCUREMENT STANDARD FOR THE USE OF LOW-EMBODIED CARBON CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS IN CERTAIN STATE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. To reduce carbon emissions by requiring the development of a procurement preference standard for the use of low-embodied carbon construction materials in certain state construction projects.
