AN ACT IMPOSING A TAX ON SUGAR-SWEETENED BEVERAGES AND DEDICATING THE REVENUE GENERATED TO FUND SCHOOL BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAMS. To impose a tax on sugar-sweetened beverages and dedicate the revenue generated from such tax to provide breakfast and lunch at no cost to all students, regardless of family income.
