AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF STOP LOSS INSURANCE. To (1) increase the attachment point for stop loss insurance policies for certain self-insured small businesses, and (2) require the Insurance Commissioner to report on the feasibility of implementing a minimum loss ratio and other consumer protections for stop loss insurance.
