AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF THE "CASTLE DOCTRINE". To fully adopt the "castle doctrine" by establishing a rebuttable presumption that if a homeowner believes it necessary to use deadly force to repel an intruder, then that belief is a reasonable belief.
