AN ACT CONCERNING A UNIFORM STATE-WIDE PROPERTY TAX RATE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES. To replace the municipal property tax on motor vehicles with a state-wide property tax on motor vehicles at a fixed rate and distribute the revenue generated proportionally to municipalities based on what they currently collect for motor vehicle property tax.
