AN ACT REQUIRING THE REPORTING OF THE STATUS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CREATES PROJECT REPORT CONCERNING DIGITIZATION AND OTHER UPGRADES AND REPORTS CONCERNING OVERTIME AND FINGERPRINTING. To require the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to report on the status of implementation of the CREATES project report recommendations concerning digitization of agency programs and to report annually concerning overtime worked within agencies.
