AN ACT CONCERNING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR JUVENILE OFFENDERS AND THEIR PARENTS. To enhance accountability for juvenile offenders and their parents by increasing parental liability for property damage, require community service for juvenile offenders and impose stricter penalties in the case of repeat offenders for offenses related to motor vehicle theft and related property damage.
