AN ACT PROHIBITING STATE AGENCIES FROM ENGAGING IN ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES CONCERNING RECREATIONAL CANNABIS. To provide that no state agency shall engage in any advertising, marketing or other promotional activity for the purpose of (1) encouraging the sale, consumption or use of any cannabis, cannabis concentrate, cannabis product or infused beverage, (2) promoting any cannabis establishment, or (3) otherwise promoting the recreational cannabis market or industry in this state.
