AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS FOR SOLAR PROJECTS. To require that a property of five acres or more, which the owner divides into multiple lots of less than five acres for the purpose of leasing land for solar projects, shall be treated as one property for property tax purposes, and that each such lot shall be required to have separate points of ingress and egress.
