AN ACT AUTHORIZING SPIN-OFF COMPANIES FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CONNECTICUT AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATION. To place employees of the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station on the same footing as similar employees of The University of Connecticut when it comes to spin-off companies from inventions or discoveries made by such employees.
