Connecticut Senate Bill
AN ACT REQUIRING APPROVAL BY THE MUNICIPALITY AND ANY ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNER PRIOR TO THE ERECTION OF A PERMANENT SIGN ON A MUNICIPAL HIGHWAY. To require the Commissioner of Transportation to obtain the approval of the municipality and any abutting property owner prior to erecting a permanent sign on a municipal highway.
