AN ACT CREATING A STATE CAUSE OF ACTION FOR INJURIES RECEIVED OR ILLNESS CAUSED BY VACCINATIONS OR MEDICINAL TREATMENT REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT. To create a cause of action allowing an employee to recover actual and punitive damages for injuries or illness caused by a vaccination or medicinal treatment program if the employer required the employee to receive the vaccine or medicinal treatment as a condition of employment.
