AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENVIRONMENT, CLIMATE AND SUSTAINABLE MUNICIPAL AND STATE PLANNING, AND THE USE OF NEONICOTINOIDS AND SECOND-GENERATION ANTICOAGULANT RODENTICIDES. To provide municipalities certain authorities concerning climate resiliency efforts and restrict the use of neonicotinoids and second-generation rodenticides.
