AN ACT CONCERNING PHOTO NOISE VIOLATION MONITORING DEVICES. To permit a municipality to use photo noise violation monitoring devices and establish a higher rate of sales and use taxes for certain motor vehicle mufflers, instruments or devices that exceed the maximum allowable decibel level.
