AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TEN-YEAR PLANS TO ERADICATE CONCENTRATED POVERTY IN THE STATE. To require the development and implementation of a ten-year plan for each concentrated poverty census tract in the state to eradicate concentrated poverty in the state.
