AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FARM INVESTMENT TAX CREDIT AND CONCERNING THE THRESHOLD FOR CERTAIN OPTIONAL FARM-RELATED PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS. To establish a property tax credit for certain farm-related capital expenses and increase the maximum property tax exemption threshold a municipality may approve for certain farm-related property.
