AN ACT CONCERNING LIFECYCLE GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS OF BIOFUELS. To require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to use the greenhouse gases, regulated emissions, and energy use in technologies, or "GREET", model in measuring lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions of biofuels.
