AN ACT CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN A PRETRIAL FAMILY VIOLENCE EDUCATION PROGRAM. To permit eligibility for participation in a pretrial family violence education program for persons charged with certain violations concerning risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of, a child, when good cause is shown for permitting such participation.
