AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF A STANDING CRIMINAL PROTECTIVE ORDER WHEN A PERSON IS FOUND NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF LACK OF CAPACITY DUE TO MENTAL DISEASE OR DEFECT. To permit a court to issue a standing criminal protective order when a person is found not guilty by reason of lack of capacity due to mental disease or defect.
