AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FOR ROOM AND BOARD COSTS FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT IN A RESIDENTIAL SETTING. To require the Commissioner of Social Services to amend a Medicaid waiver for treatment of substance use disorder to cover room and board costs as well as medical treatment costs for treatment in a residential setting.
