AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES REGARDING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS STATUTES. To implement the recommendations of the Department of Administrative Services regarding the school building projects statutes by (1) clarifying the process for receiving a reimbursement rate incentive for being an inclusive municipality, (2) updating such statutes and repealing obsolete statutes, and (3) making other minor and conforming changes.
