AN ACT PROHIBITING NURSING HOMES FROM REJECTING A PATIENT SOLELY ON THE BASIS THAT SUCH PATIENT RECEIVED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. To prohibit nursing homes from denying a patient admission solely on the basis that such person has, at any time, received mental health services.
