AN ACT ALLOWING A PERSONAL INCOME TAX DEDUCTION FOR STIPENDS PAID TO VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTING OR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL. To allow a personal income tax deduction for a stipend paid by a municipality to a volunteer firefighter, fire police officer or ambulance member.
