AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH'S RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING IMPROVED OPIOID MONITORING. To require each hospital that treats a patient for a nonfatal overdose of an opioid drug to administer a toxicology screening of such patient if medically appropriate.
