AN ACT INCREASING THE THRESHOLD FOR SEALED BIDDING ON CERTAIN MUNICIPAL CONTRACTS. To increase the threshold for sealed bidding on municipal contracts for the purchase of real and personal property from twenty-five thousand dollars to fifty thousand dollars.
