AN ACT REQUIRING NOTICE OF REVALUATION TO CERTAIN OWNERS OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS WITH DEFECTIVE CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS. To require municipal assessors to notify owners of residential buildings that have been reassessed due to defective concrete foundations of upcoming revaluation cycles, and make technical changes.
