AN ACT CONCERNING FOOD SCRAP DIVERSION FROM THE SOLID WASTE STREAM AND THE REDEMPTION OF OUT-OF-STATE BEVERAGE CONTAINERS. To require the diversion of food scraps from the solid waste stream and prohibit the redemption of out-of-state beverage containers.
