AN ACT PROHIBITING CERTAIN HEALTH CARRIERS FROM REQUIRING STEP THERAPY FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS USED TO TREAT A MENTAL OR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONDITION OR A CHRONIC, DISABLING OR LIFE-THREATENING CONDITION. To prohibit certain health carriers from requiring step therapy for prescription drugs used to treat a mental or behavioral health condition or a chronic, disabling or life-threatening condition.
