AN ACT REQUIRING THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF BARBERS, HAIRDRESSERS AND COSMETICIANS TO INCLUDE WORKING WITH TEXTURED HAIR. To require the education and training of barbers, hairdressers and cosmeticians to include working with textured hair.
