AN ACT CONCERNING A REVIEW OF BOARDS OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS PROCEEDINGS. To (1) allow owners of certain properties to appeal an action by an assessor by filing an application with the Superior Court rather than an appeal with the board of assessment appeals, and (2) increase the property value threshold for the requirement to file an appraisal with an application filed with the court.
