AN ACT EXEMPTING CHILDREN'S CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR, PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND JOB-RELATED AND PERSONNEL TRAINING SERVICES FROM THE SALES AND USE TAXES. To exempt children's clothing and footwear, personal protective equipment and job-related and personnel training services from the sales and use taxes.
